Paul Green has departed as Chelsea Women's head of football. He leaves the Women's Super League club after 13 years of service. During his tenure, Chelsea secured 19 trophies, establishing themselves as a dominant force in English women's football.

Green joined Chelsea in 2013, playing a significant role in the development and growth of the women's programme from its formative stages. His responsibilities primarily involved player recruitment, working alongside both former manager Emma Hayes and current head coach Sonia Bompastor. Of the 19 trophies won, 16 were achieved during Hayes's leadership, with the remaining three coming under Bompastor in the 2024-25 season. Chelsea confirmed the move in a statement, thanking Green for his commitment, experience, and professionalism over more than a decade.
