Fulham have submitted a £28 million offer to Dutch club PSV Eindhoven for United States international forward Ricardo Pepi.

Fulham have made a £28 million bid to sign United States international forward Ricardo Pepi from PSV Eindhoven. The Premier League club is reportedly "intent on signing" the 23-year-old striker before the transfer window closes on February 2.

Pepi, who joined PSV in 2023, signed a new contract with the Dutch side in February 2025, keeping him at the club until mid-2030. He has scored ten goals in 21 games this season for PSV, who won the Eredivisie in 2023-24.

The American international is currently recovering from a broken arm, which has sidelined him from play. PSV previously rejected a £26 million offer from Fulham for Pepi in December 2025, according to reports.

Talks between the clubs are ongoing as Fulham aim to strengthen their attacking options, particularly with Raul Jimenez's contract set to expire at the end of the season.
