Everton midfielder Jack Grealish has confirmed he underwent surgery on a stress fracture in his left foot. The 30-year-old posted an update from his hospital bed, stating he "didn't want the season to end like this". This injury rules him out for the remainder of the 2025-26 campaign, a significant blow for the Toffees.
Grealish, on loan from Manchester City, sustained the injury in January. Everton manager David Moyes had previously indicated that surgery was likely and would end Grealish's season. The England international had been a key figure for Everton, contributing two goals and six assists across 20 league appearances, including 18 starts.
