Rangers head coach Danny Rohl has expressed his satisfaction with a significant mindset shift within his squad. Rohl noted a transformation from a "respectful" and "fearful" approach to one of "courage" on the pitch in recent weeks. He believes the team is now better prepared for important fixtures.
The German manager, who recently collected his first manager of the month award, stated that "10 or 12 weeks ago" he would "hopefully" anticipate a win. Now, Rohl feels "we can win, we will win", attributing this confidence to a winning culture developed partly during his time at Bayern Munich.
Rangers are currently three points behind league leaders Hearts in the Premiership title race. The Ibrox side travels to Motherwell on Wednesday night, a ground Rohl described as "tough". Rangers also secured an 8-0 Scottish Cup victory over Queen's Park, marking just one loss in their last 12 games.
