St Johnstone Football Club confirmed the acquisition of twenty-four-year-old forward Josh Fowler from Queen's Park on Thursday, 29 January 2026. Fowler, the Scottish Championship's leading goalscorer, joins Saints on a contract until the summer of 2028 for an undisclosed fee.
The striker netted an impressive nineteen goals in twenty-five appearances for Queen's Park this season. Ten of those goals came in sixteen William Hill Championship starts, establishing him as a key attacking threat. His move to McDiarmid Park follows St Johnstone's agreement of a significant fee with Queen's Park, securing a player who was a top target for manager Simo Valakari.
